Nicole Tedrow is a Partner at Eims, Tedrow & Ladenburg with over 15 years of experience defending self-insured employers before the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and Superior Courts.
In 2000, Nicole graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. While attending Seattle University School of Law, Nicole worked as an intern for a boutique law firm in Seattle practicing bankruptcy and business litigation. She also served as a prosecutor for the City of Kirkland. After passing the Washington State bar in 2003, Nicole began practicing workers’ compensation defense, focusing largely on the aircraft manufacturing industry. Nicole has since expanded her practice to numerous industries, including logging, retail sales, schools, and hospitals.
With a focus upon aggressive and cost-effective claim resolutions, Nicole works with her clients during every phase of the claims process, from the initial investigation to litigation. As an active member of the workers’ compensation community, Nicole writes and presents continuing education courses at industry events and trainings. In 2010, Nicole was named a Rising Star by Law and Politics magazine.
Nicole is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington Self-Insurers Association, and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
